Kim Edwards Is Now in Bowling Green!

Kim Edwards is now visiting Bowling Green to discuss and sign her book. Readers already met her on March 1, 2007 at Western Kentucky University's Helm Library and Bowling Green Public Library.

One Book Discussion at Bowling Green Public Library

On the evening of February 22, 2007, Diana McQuay, Assistant Community Outreach Director of Western Kentucky University Libraries, led the One Book discussion at the Bowling Green Public Library. A photo album of the event is available.

This is the fourth One Book event sponsored by the Southern Kentucky Book Fest partners. The book selected for reading is The Memory Keeper’s Daughter by Kentucky author Kim Edwards.

Macy's Used Book Sale

Macy's Used Book SaleThe Macy's Use Book Sale has been a great success thanks to the volunteers' hard work and the patron's generous support. Here's a photo album of the event.

Proceeds made from the book sale will be used to help fund the Southern Kentucky Book Fest, which will take place April 20 and 21, 2007 at Sloan Convention Center, Bowling Green, Kentucky. You are welcome to the two-day event.

1Read Kicked off at Bowling Green Public Library

On the evening of October 19, the Southern Kentucky Book Fest partners kicked off the first 1Read event at the Bowling Green Public Libraries. Present was Pamela Walker, author of the book Kung Fu Princess. She signed her books at the end of the event. If you missed out, you may see the pictures of the kickoff.
